The FB-595 is a 24-inch semi-automatic side swing arm tyre changer built for reliable, high-performance wheel servicing. It handles wheels up to 1040mm in diameter and 350mm in width, with outside clamping from 10" to 22" and inside from 12" to 24". Powered by a 1.1/0.75kW motor and compatible with 110V/220V/380V supplies, it operates on 8–10bar air pressure, delivering a bead breaker force of 2500kg while maintaining a low noise level below 70dB. The machine features a durable steel-iron bead breaker cylinder, an aluminium gearbox for reduced weight, and a pneumatically operated tilting column. With compact packing dimensions of 1100×980×860mm, this model offers an excellent balance of power, durability, and workshop-friendly footprint.
